Before use, please sterilise the dummy by placing in boiled water for 3 minutes and afterwards setting aside to cool and dry. Please do not microwave or put into dishwasher, as this can destroy the natural rubber.

Size 1 Dummies are suitable from Birth, up to 6 months. The teats are shorter but slightly narrower at the base of the teat - perfect for little mouths! Size 2 Dummies are suitable from 6 to 18 months. The teats are made a bit taller and slightly wider at the base, to accommodate slightly bigger babies/toddlers.

BIBS Dummies have been made from 100% natural rubber, which is soft and supple. The teat has been designed to mimic the shape of the mothers nipple. They can be used from birth upwards and can be used alongside breastfeeding.

Yes! Dummies should be replaced every 6 to 8 weeks. Please check for wear and tear before each use. At the first sign of any damage (tears, discolouring, distortion etc) please discard.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any dummies.

Delivery is based upon the shipping destination, weight/size of the products in your order and whether you choose to send using the Tracked or Untracked methods of delivery. For items sent to countries outside of the UK, this will be worked out at the checkout. Please also take into account taxes relevant to your shipping destination. Customers are responible for taxes and charges imposed upon them.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email of confirmation once your order has left us and is with the courier. If you have chosen the UK Standard Delivery (Tracked or Untracked) option at the checkout, deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days. If you have chosen the UK First Class Delivery option, then your order should take 1-2 working days to arrive. Remember to factor weekends and Bank Holidays into this timescale. For countries outside of the UK, this will vary depending upon location. COVID- Due to the recent climate, deliveries can take slightly longer.
